CDL Route Driver
Mather Bros is seeking a dedicated Route Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products along designated routes while representing the professionalism and reliability our customers expect. This is a full-time position for candidates with a Class A CDL and a minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products to various locations
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Class A CDL required
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Previous delivery driver or route experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, invoicing, and route delivery systems preferred
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus

Merchandiser / Driver Assistant
Mather Bros is seeking a dedicated and physically active Merchandiser / Driver Assistant to support daily delivery operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with drivers to unload and merchandise products, navigate delivery sites, and provide professional customer service. This is a high-energy position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a fast-moving team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe maneuvering and parking of delivery vehicles
- Unload and stack ice and water products according to customer and company standards
- Use pallet jacks and equipment to move product safely
- Help maintain a professional and organized delivery process
- Provide courteous, professional onsite customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak season
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Previous warehouse or pallet jack experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required
Physical demands
- Frequent lifting of 40+ lb products
- Ability to move 700–1,000 lbs. of product using appropriate equipment
- Ability to work physically demanding 8–10 hour shifts
- Frequent climbing in and out of passenger and cargo areas throughout the day
